Arrive at Kochi airport/railway station / bus station. Our representative will meet you on arrival and transfer you to Munnar which is 120 km away from Kochi and a thrilling 4 - 5hrs ride through winding roads and hill slopes.
It’s a small ,seductively beautiful hill station with large tea plantations which was once the summer resort for British Government. Enroute we shall make pit stops at Cheeyappara and Valara Waterfalls.
On reaching Munnar we will check you into a hotel and you can relax for the day.
After breakfast check out of hotel and start the trip to Eravikulam National Park located on Rajamala hills. It is one of its kind where you find national park with tea plantation as backdrop. The park is located at 7000 feet above sea level and is also home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr or Mountain Goats. Our cab will drop you to the parking ground from where you need to obtain entry ticket and board the tourism department’s shuttle bus plying to Eravikulam National Park.
Later we explore Tea museum , which houses machineries, photographs and artefacts detailing out the history of Tea Plantation in Munnar. Tea plants grown in each region of Munnar has different flavours and is in great demand for export.
Then we head out to Mattupetty dam and make pit stops at several view points on the way like Echo point, Kundla dam, pine forest etc. Mattupetty dam and its beautiful lake offers a stunning view and boating options for visitors. You can also munch onto road side eateries and freshly brewed tea.
We wind up for today and shall drop you back hotel for the day.
After breakfast check out of hotel by 8 am and we head toward Thekkady which is a beautiful hill station that houses Periyar Tiger Reserve spanning across 777 .q. Km Thekkady is famous for its home grown spices. You will cover this journey in approx. 4 hrs.
On reaching Thekkady we shall check-in you into a hotel based on checkin timing
Evening you could optionally choose for a Kathakali (traditional art form of story telling) and/or Kalaripayattu (traditional martial arts) show. And then we retire for the day.
If planning for Periyar park activities, start early and visit Periyar National Park and based on your interest you are free to indulge in any activities like boating in Periyar Lake, guided nature walk, bamboo rafting, and for the adventure seekers they offer night trek, full day trek etc. One should plan in advance for the activities as booking happens online with restricted admission and all activities close by 3:30 pm.
Post noon visit Elephant junction where you could purchase tickets for Elephant ride, feeding, bathing etc.
Back to hotel by evening and spend time at your leisure.
You will do an early check-out from hotel and will start to Alleppey righteously known as Venice of East. Alleppey has an important place in maritime history of Kerala. It's famous for backwater holidays, houseboats and spicy mouth watering cuisines. Alleppey is about 160 kms from Munnar and 5 hrs drive, so ensure to start early.
At Alleppey you will take a 3 hour backwater ride in your own Shikara with your Shikara ride driver.You will see a lots of other canoes , shikara’s and house boats and be ready to grab some amazing pics.Post the ride we suggest you to try the Kerala lunch available in near by restaurants.
Post lunch we will take you to your home stay near Marari Beach.Enjoy your evening and incredible sunset view at Marari Beach.

You will take a 3 hour backwater ride in your own canoe with your canoe ride driver.You will see a lots of other canoes , shikara’s and house boats and be ready to grab some amazing pics.Post the ride we suggest you to try the Kerala lunch available in near by restaurants as no lunch will be provided in Canoe ride.
Wake up to a beautiful day and enjoy your delicious Kerala breakfast in boat/home stay. Check-out of by 8:30 am and we shall take your to your hotel in Kochi. Kochi is 60 kms away from Alleppey and is 2 hrs drive.
We will visit . In early era was the hub of spice trading and thus came under the control of Portuguese, Dutch and followed by British. This influenced the culture, art and food in Kochi to great extend. Here one could explore many historical monuments like Dutch Cemetery, Synagogue, St. Francis Church, Chinese fishing nets, Jew street, Mattancherry palace etc.
As an optional activity , on your way feel free to visit any places you missed in Cochin or visit Lulu mall for shopping depending on your departure timings.
