A Flawless Kerala Experience!! Our trip to 'God's Own Country' was truly unforgettable, and we owe a huge thank you to the team at Big Indian Tours. From the initial planning stages, Arun's outstanding communication and expertise were evident — he took our vague ideas and transformed them into a perfectly structured itinerary covering Munnar, Varkala and Alleppey without a single hitch. Our driver, Gopu, was exceptional, and the houseboat experience in the backwaters remains one of our favourite memories.

The vaccation was well organized by Big Indian Tours so that we could travel and visit places tension free with out any inconveniences in travel stay and food arrangements. The season and timings were very well organised. Everything was provided at maximum VALUE for money spent quite economically.

The Big Indian Tours is my go to agency whenever I need to plan a travel. The most recent one is to Kerala. It was my grandmother's 84th birthday. I requested if they could arrange an AC houseboat in Kumarakom for 10 of us in peak season. I didn't give much of an advance notice. However, Arun ensured he personally handled this, and got us a good one at an excellent rate. A few more relatives wanted to join in last minute, but Arun was able to manage that with a smile on his face. The boat and boat men he arranged were professional and made sure we were comfortable. The food was good and the service was excellent. Arun was available over phone anytime I needed him and kept taking periodic feedback on our comfort throughout the trip.
